Is there any particular specification for PLY files to be able to read them in Checkpoint? I can't open Ascii nor binary PLY file produce by Cloudcompare software.

If you are able to send us a sample scan, we can update Checkpoint to read the file. There are often variations of those formats that cause incompatibility for various reasons. Having one on hand enables us to add that variation. Please let me know.
